If you submit information through a contact form, intake form, or other online submission, your information is transmitted using encrypted protocols and stored securely.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive health information through public web forms unless specifically directed to do so through a secure intake portal.

We may use basic website analytics tools to understand website usage. These tools do not collect health information.
